Privacy
What this site is. dignumopus.com is a single page about Dignum Opus LLC. There are no accounts, no forms and nothing to sign up for.
What we collect. Nothing ourselves. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard request logs (IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and a city or country worked out from the IP) to run the site and keep it secure, under its own privacy notice. We see those logs only briefly and never use them to identify you.
Cookies and tracking. This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and loads nothing from anyone else: the fonts and images come from dignumopus.com itself. There’s no analytics, advertising or tracking.
Email. If you write to hello@dignumopus.com, we receive what you send, through the email services we use, and use it only to reply. We keep the conversation only as long as it’s useful.
Terms
Using the site. You’re welcome to browse. Please don’t misuse the site or try to disrupt it.
Ownership. The words, artwork, and the Dignum Opus name and mark belong to Dignum Opus LLC unless noted otherwise. The typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License.
As is. The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Dignum Opus LLC isn’t liable for damages arising from using the site or being unable to.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes. We’ll update this page when the site changes; the date at the top shows the latest version.
